I would love to have the program I selected up in its own section because sometimes I forget which challenge level I picked!
I personally love thiz app coz its too motivational.......after dowloading tiz app i feel like i will rockkk......
Cool app; just wish they had an option where you can ONLY see that plans you started. But nonetheless, the app is very well usable. I have yet to see results--not that Im expecting much--but it is a good regime for getting back to the workout feel again.
I like that it has all three in one place but it would be great if you can customize it so that you only see the challenges you select for a 30 day sequence.
I really like this app, if you are interested in toning your body, I highly recommend it.
ITS ACTUALLY SO AMAZING ITS LIKE (arms legs abs cardio etc ) ALL WORKOUT CHALLENGES IN 1 !!

Some bad moments

Wont update - had to delete and still wont redownload while being 15 days in
Could be a little more user friendly but the exercise is great
The only thing I havent liked with the new update is that if you are playing music on your device and you complete an exercise it shuts off the music.
I will be back to rate again after more time. Right now, this relentless rate my app every time I open the program is a bit annoying.
This app has helped me so much. Its nice to check the days off instead of just working off a 30 day list.
Just started this today and Im already loving it , I dont have to stress about which workouts I forgot to do or how much more I have to do! Day 1/30! Complete
