Pretty good!
Im having a lot of success so far. I like the "3-2-1" on the timed exercises, that was a nice addition. I like how the intensity increases and then backs off a little. I wish there was a bit more information around how to begin, and how to progress past the first 30 days. Do I try all challenges at once? Do I go from beginner one to beginner two, and so on? Should I start with just a couple of challenges and add more?
Also, arm circles is spelled "arm crickels"
