I highly recommend this app. It starts you off easy and gradually increases. I will come back after 30 days of he beginner ab challenge and let everyone know how much weight I lost on this challenge.

Im five days in and I honestly have no complaints. The ads are a minor inconvenience, but its no big deal to skip them. Im a particular fan of the abs and butt challenges. Felt it after one day.

After my 30 day challenge

I finished the full beginner level 2 challenge (abs,arms,plank,cardio,butt,thigh,squat) and I am more toned, stronger and lost about 4-5lbs. For me, this is a great start because I usually quit after a 30 day workout routine when I dont see any changes. With this app I started seeing changes during the second week! I also added 0.5mi brisk walk/jog during the second week and 3rd and 4th weeks I added 1mi brisk walk/jog/run! I am starting another challenge this week and hopefully by the end of that challenge I will be where I want to be!

First ever doing a 30 day

This app. is awesome! I havent worked out since high school sports and I started using this app. 23 days ago and Im still going strong. I always recommend it to my friends when they complain about needing to workout. The only thing I dont like so much is that you have to complete the first exercise to mark off the second and sometimes I dont want to do them in that specific order but either way I have to do them all so its really no big deal. I also think it would be nice if it told you what actual day you are on like even though your on day 23 but its taken you 32 days because you skipped. Also the actual real time it took..from when you opened up the daily workout to when you marked the last one of the day off.

Nice app

Its a lot better than I thought it would be. It gives more than numerous challenges to accomplish and it builds up even making you add weight to your challenges depending on which you do. Its pretty good and it also comes along with positive quotes, healthy eating guides, allows you to calculate your BMI, take before and after photos. This is great app that has the same amount of things as an app youd have to pay on monthly. Definitely would recommend
