The only thing I havent liked with the new update is that if you are playing music on your device and you complete an exercise it shuts off the music.

Seems good so far

Seems good so far. The squat challenge is WAY too much for beginners - the second day is 50 squats! Im in moderately decent shape and I cant do 50 in one go. But otherwise, it seems pretty good.

Just what I needed!

I was tired of trying to throw together workouts on my own and I wanted to track progress and up my exertion as I go. This app is perfect for that. Im doing all the challenges at once and I love checking the sets off as I go. Im very type A.

Love this app. I have before and after pictures of my abs JUST from doing these exercises. Easy to use and understand. My friends have now became addicted!!

Pretty good!

Im having a lot of success so far. I like the "3-2-1" on the timed exercises, that was a nice addition. I like how the intensity increases and then backs off a little. I wish there was a bit more information around how to begin, and how to progress past the first 30 days. Do I try all challenges at once? Do I go from beginner one to beginner two, and so on? Should I start with just a couple of challenges and add more? Also, arm circles is spelled "arm crickels"

This app has kept me focused on my goal of improving my abdominal area. Its been great so far.

Its a fun way to keep you on track to exercise...you get out what you put in. Pretty good app I think.
