Great app for lazy people!

If youre like me this app is perfect. You can set a reminder at whatever time you want to remind yourself to exercise each day. You can check off each one of the items you complete so you know just how much you still need to do. It also comes equipped with a built in timer so you dont have to exit out of the app just to start one! This app even alerts you when to start a new chapter of exercises.

Great app

This is a pretty cool app, but there are a couple of things that would make it better, such as fixing typos and the directions being somewhat confusing on some of the exercises. Overall, the app is great. I love the fact that they took all of the challenges that you find on the Internet and put them all in one place and put them at different levels. Pretty impressed

Awesome

This app is amazing. Its been 1 month of me using this and Ive already seen the results. I lost, in total, 56 pounds.❤️. Im developing abs an more muscles. One thing I would add would be a dietary plan to tell you what to eat and how much. Overall, this is one of my favorite fitness apps.
